Back in 2013 the city of Duluth started having food trucks come down to the town green and set up each Friday in August. It was so popular that they extended it through October (though the weather decided to put a damper on that most weeks). This year, they obviously banked on it as a continual draw and set up a June-October timeframe for a new Food Truck Friday event. This time with music acts and entertainment (like movies on the green after dark) to get people to come down. Needless to say, it has worked. Every week people show up, and this particular Friday came after a cancellation the week previous due to rainy weather. So with folks jonesing for a foodie fix, I stuck around after grabbing a bite and took a few pics of everyone doing their thing.
