A group of photographers was given access to the City Hall East building in Atlanta for a unique opportunity to document the state of the building for historic purposes. Though the tour lasted almost 6 hours, only a half of the entire building was accessible. However, that included at least 3 floors inside the building, the rooftop, the power plant behind the building, and the tunnels under the building.
