Over the summer the public fountain in Duluth got an upgrade: color-changing lights! And to showcase the new light show the city has been having some special late-night, extended running of the fountain for all the kids and families to enjoy. This particular event followed the regular Food Truck Friday event at the end of the first week back to school. The kids certainly enjoyed expending all their classroom energy well into the night, as the sun faded and the lights of the fountain took over. And when the live band closed their set at 9 the DJ’s came out to spin. At that point the fountain became the background light show for the dance party going on.
