Despite living in the Atlanta area for over 2 decades I don’t recall visiting the Atlanta Botanical Garden for their annual holiday light display. Now that our daughter is 7 and we’ve done the Lights of Life and Lanier’s Magical Nights of Lights, we thought it was time to try something new.

Smoky Mountains Vacation

We recently had a late-summer family vacation at Myrtle Beach, and despite the less than stellar weather we had a good time. I also came out with some great pics of the nearby pier and the rarely-seen sunrises (due to the weather). All photos were HDR processed from bracketed shots, then further processed for contrast and color enhancement.
