The sure sign of summer in Duluth, GA has been the start of Food Truck Friday’s. They actually started with the mild end of Spring in May, but soon launched into the heat of a Georgia summer by early June. That didn’t stop the patrons though, as this was certainly a jam-packed event as evidenced by sea of people between the trucks. This was the evening where food trucks combined with Flicks on the Bricks, another semi-monthly event where a movie is shown on the town green. The movie for the evening was Maleficent, and to kick off the event before the movie was a live performance of selections from the same play by a local group (forgive me, I don’t know their name but I’ll update if someone can tell me).
